a moment for mindfulness

To often the days, weeks, and months go by in a blur. Well, with this post I ask you to take a moment to practice some mindfulness. Participate in this exercise “one mindfully” with your full attention focused just on this one task.

Let go of distractions.

Take a deep breath.

Engage in this mindfulness non-judgmentally, without evaluation or criticism.

Say the following out loud or to yourself…

 

I offer no resistance to myself as I currently am.

I accept myself in the moment the way I accept a tree or a cloud. I simply exist. 

There is no need to change anything right now. 

I accept myself as I am. 

I accept myself. 

I accept myself.
