As many of you know, we will be starting our depression and anxiety group on Saturday March 14, 2015. This is a 6 weeks group and is dedicated to helping you conquer symptoms of depression and anxiety. We will be talking about best practices, focusing on building skills, and overcoming barriers to getting you feeling better.
