Our FREE mini workshop is between one and two hours and is designed to help those interested understand the basics of improving their life and manage symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety effectively. This is an informative workshop and designed to educate, not to treat symptoms. However, education is always the first intervention in helping individuals manage their challenges more effectively. Our therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral but we include components of other evidenced-based approaches to wholly help those who are in need.
Our goal is to help educate those who may not otherwise seek help to improve symptoms. Additionally, we want to reaffirm what many already know about managing their stress to continue to utilize and practice effective skills to live a more full life. Our hope is to help as many as possible live a Good Life.
Our first workshop will be February 7th at 10:30 and will be hosted by Total Woman Health Studio.
