We facilitate workshops aimed at building skills and practical application in daily life. Our classes are based on evidence-based research and give our participants concrete methods to effectively manage their own symptoms. We are discussion-based but our aim is to have you leaving feeling more equipped to manage your particular symptoms of stress, depression, and/or anxiety. A workshop provides a convenient way to learn for those who would otherwise not seek treatment and for those in treatment seeking more information and support from others. We build on client strengths and draw from our own experiences as both clinicians and human beings to provide a dynamic setting for empowerment and learning.
Our fundamentals class is aimed at improving behavior patterns that prolong symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Research tells us that cognitive-behavior therapy is essential to improving outcomes for depression, anxiety, and stress.
