On a day where families gather to enjoy each other or where grief intensifies with the memory of loved ones, whether you are loving being with your kin or counting the hours until life returns to normal, one quote I read recently pretty much sums it up:

“There is always, always, always something to be grateful for.” -unknown

Whether grateful today or grateful tomorrow, one of the greatest anti-depressants is gratitude.  I encourage you to use this day of Thanksgiving to begin a new commitment to be grateful, not just today, but everyday to see how these thoughts may change your life.
